^ Makran coastal highway is pre-Mush project. My apologies but it was Mushy’s fist swinging attitude that incited Baluchis the most. His idea of larger scale operation with indiscriminate kidnappings and killings in Baluchistan has resulted in many educated Baluchis taking up arms.

It was conceived before Musharaf but it was ignored until Musharaf came to power. Since the PPP came to power road building in Balochistan has halted.
