Theres no such thing as a failed state... it can only be a failure of the people or the leaders or both... the state itself does not fail untill it is wiped off the earth... or out of the hearts of all who believe in it.

However, its still very alarming. We have to accept that our success graph is going deep down and the depth would be far more if they stop getting all the aid what is given to them right now. But its never too late. They gotta correctify themselves and start eliminating all the factors which are the biggest contribution in making them a failure.

Is that the baseline used to determine what is and isn't a failed state? Your statement maybe true for the continents I mentioned. Gosh, women were being murdered and burnt alive just because someone believed that they were witches? Yeah, thats your *progressive *Europe.
