Again, I can’t disagree. 
But the reason why I didn’t mention parents was simply because I’ve seen people mess up big time, and it was not the fault of the parents upbringing of the child. And so like I said before, it really is an accumulation of different things - i.e. parents, society, technology, etc. However, one may play a bigger role than the other in each individual circumstance.
