^ Sure it’s harsh. But people who cushion and encourage a girl’s stupid behavior are simply taking our whole gender back.

SK: I may not say it the same way, but I would feel it the same way. I’m not doing the OP any favors by cushioning what’s happening in this situation. She needs to understand the reality of what she’s dealing with. And if she can’t face the consequences of her actions, she shouldn’t be acting out like this. PERIOD. I’m all for women asserting their own free will and being independent; but they shouldn’t be stupid about it.
