Face Wash?!

Re: Face Wash?!

Give the Dermalogica range a try. Its a little pricey but the ingredients and quality of product will definately improve your skin.

Re: Face Wash?!

im using cetaphil and i like it so far!! its really good for oily skin!!!

Re: Face Wash?!

I have tried soo many products in the past and not all of them work. I have oily- combination skin, SENSITIVE skin and I do breakout easily. Pro active was a disaster for me...my skin got disgustingly dry. Returned it after 3 months...I never did got to the stage where it's suppose to clear up your skin after a major break, I wish I never tried it. I bought Valocity Cleanser and Moisterizer and I really like it!! it makes you skin feels soo good...the cleanser has small beads that's helps with exfoliation as well.

Whenever I wear foundation, I start noticing clogged pores. So, I try to avoid it as much as possible. I only wear it if I am going out at a party or something. For everyday, I stick to Aveda Tinted Moisterizer..I would love to wear foundation instead cause it would h
ave more coverage but I still havent found my perfect foundaiton that ll do wonders haha.

For the past week I went out a few times and ended up wearing foundation..and I can see the clogges pores on my face which havent turne into pimples or acne yet, but I know they will if I dont do anything. I think I ll try the tree tea oil.

Bottom line is...everyone's skin is different...and you are the only one who really knows your skin..you can tell changes from day to day cause you look at it all time and based on that..choose your products.

Re: Face Wash?!

^ i agree

what's tea tree oil?

Re: Face Wash?!

pyari, if the foundation is clogging your pores you need to get a new one of a diff brand.

Maybe its not suitable for your skin.

Re: Face Wash?!

estee lauder gentle face wash is really good for skin for daily use
not for acne though

Re: Face Wash?!

share ur experience wid dry skin?ßas i hv dry skin n i use clinique mild soap n i thnk its okk nothing sooo gr88...wats u guys suggest??

Re: Face Wash?!

^ i've tried it too..i like it

Earlier i tried neutrogena, clearasil, t-tree oil since i had acne prone skin but didnt like them much except ya t-tree was better. However since, last 2 years or so i have been using Chanel's facewash for sensitive skin and it works fine. Though last time my sister was getting it for me the sales person said that i m perhaps too young to be using chanel but cuz it suits me so i stick with it.

I want to give clinique a try since i have heard it works great. I feel so bad now cuz my dad got me a huge pack of clinique with the facewash, toner n everything but i didnt use it and than it expired so i had to throw it away :(.

Re: Face Wash?!

hey Acne had very simple solution ...
if u facing ths problem ... jst drink water sa much as u can .. tht will help ... most of the acne ver coz of bloood impurity ...so water will help to pure it ... so avoid to get gallons of water daily ... u will mak ur skin bright too

n with in short time u will b gore gore :)

Re: Face Wash?!

heheheh lol...no thankfully i m done with the acne problem. But i do hve sensitive skin and yup drinking water is great.

Re: Face Wash?!

i've tried alot of cleansers/face washes..MD forte glycolic #3 cleanser, Lush coalface soap, cosmedix, neutrogena etc and the only one that keeps my skin in check is the $1.00 Pears soap! Never leaves my skin dry and never breaks it out. I also love Decleor cleansing milk for removing makeup and Fancl Mild oil cleanser for removing heavy sunscreens (I use a sunscreen that does not remove with regular cleansers)

Re: Face Wash?!

^i've used pears and i like it too. i kind of like the way my skin feels after i use handsoap. i'm sure it's not good for my skin but i use it once in a while.

Re: Face Wash?!

^^ why do u think it is not good for the skin? it has no synthetic chemicals and no mineral oil in it. It has pure glycerine in it which is good for the skin, Most commercial soaps remove the glycerine when the soap is made and sell the glycerine separately (to make profit)...thats why pears doesnt leave the skin dry.

even many high-end facial products have so many synthetic chemicals in them ...they arent always good for sensitive skin
