As far as I know, face reading is no different from palm reading and has no factual basis. I have read many of those books on palm reading and Chinese face reading etc. **Bogus, useless and baseless.

There are many medical reasons people develop changes in their faces and that is nothing to do with their personalities. Medical science has over a dozen faces which can be considered sign of medical illness.
**Face reading by itself has no meaning. **
It is the **facial expression **for even a few seconds which can tell a lot about the personality if other person pays attention to it.
Try this in your personal life by saying something and lookat the face of that person. You will learn a whole lot by just observing the facial reaction.
