Im tying the knot very soonn:halo: and I need HALP!
I need to give my MIL:D instructions on what I would like..and thats very hard to do without proper names..when i google them i really dont get any results :S Then theres kaam with golden wires..and kaam with sittaray..I like the Kaam on the HSY website but dont know what its called..
Need help Specifically with 1)poth? 2)jamawar 3)banarsi 4)raw silk 5)china silk 6)Kattan…or any other nice fabric that i failed to mention…

well chiffon is the best fabric..and i guess curently most expensive one..it luks so fabulous wid some kaam on!! and its the most gorgeous fabric u can ever wear!

but what exactly it looks like ,this i don't know...
i think it was quite fashionable a few decades ago...i have heard this name from my grandmother...:)

When i went to Pakistan the fabric that is in is Jamawar and Banarsi. When i asked for chiffon the sellers told me that chiffon ka abb zamana nahi hai...you can still get it though, since its great. raw silk would also be good. combinations of banarsi and raw silk look good. Work well i just went there and got all the works done that i liked :D

raw silk tends to be stiffer though and creases easier, no? or is that just one kind of raw silk that does that?

The fabric that i have doesn't crease or anything...perhaps it depends on the quality..?

My engagement outfit is mint and lavender with kundan and semi-precious stones...on jamavar..jamavar drapes well and the "fall" is superb!
