eyelashes

i had the most painful experience today! whilst curling my lashes one of the baby lashes near the corner of my eye got caught, and i had to yank on it to relase it! my eye started watering like mad :S

i wana ditch my metal curlers and go for the heated kind.

have any of you ladies got any good recomendations for curlers!

I feel your pain sabah...a few years back I actually accidentally yanked out a whole load of eyelashes when I fell off my chair (as you do) whilst I had my eyelashes in the clamp.

I get them permed now instead. Saves time in the long run.

it curls mine. No seriously you kidding me? Mascara does wonders for me. I guess maybe it depends on the individual? or hair type?

ouch!! yeh it doesnt. i curl mine n then put mascara on them
sometimes it looks as though ive got a 90 degree angle on them

oh yeh shahreen, whats the product for the eyelashes which makes them thicker? begins with "t" i think. does it work?

i have never ever even tried curling them... hmmmm it looks interesting though..

not to sound like an idiotic proud person.. but my eyelashes are a tad bit too curly already.. i wonder if theres a technique to flatten them.... straightening iron perhaps?

I have used it on and off for the past couple of years. It does work but only for the duration that you’re using it…so when you stop using it then your lashes revert back to their natural state.

I get mine from Space NK but I’m sure a guppy told me that they bought theirs for a fraction of the price from QVC. It comes in the form of a clear gel that you apply like mascara at night time.

hmm my cousin gave me this oily sorta of liquid (from pak.. so ive no idea what its called) and u apply it to ur lashes at night... it makes ur lashes look so much longer and thicker... i wonder if its the same thing

Castor oil probably. That’s meant to be great for eyelashes and hair too, but I don’t like the smell.

yeah maybe thats what it is.. its a bit thicker than oil though... hmmm the smell aint too bad

i cant stand the smell of coconut oil though.. lekin what can ya do.. its really good for the hair

i heard that trimming the eyelash like 1 mm makes it grow longer, but too scared to take that risk
