anyway, related to the topic, I dun do anything to my eyebrows except at my nikkah the lady at the salon tricked me in to get it done but otherwise I think these are fine and if I am ever tempted to do anything, it just reminds me of the hadith where Hazrat Mohammad SAW cursed the women who did her eyebrows so that keeps me away from touching 'em!!

i prefer nice long eye brows.. they are the highlight of my face…

well then if you have a problem with the hadith then please just address the hadith not the person who has done their studies in this field..perhaps if you could come up with better arguments it would be much more intellectual...but personal attacks are just cheap shots.
perhaps posting the hadiths in the manner it was, wasnt the brightest idea...but your reaction wasnt something to cheer about either. her intentions were good.

yes you can do that, but theres a difference between being clean and shaping them...where the natural shape of the brow is completely altered.

lets also not have ayats in signatures,shouting out we believe n we r muslims but we follow our own personal set of rules.
lets not debate with hindus or christians bcoz we rnt good muslims either.

i wudnt know how bushy ur eyebrows are.
yesterday my sister got her eyebrows done.for the first time so i was surprised,she never cared for it before.
neways we were all discussing ,me my sis n mom, and after that i searched the net and i ''shared'' the exact hadith with my sister .
i also added that maybe sometime if u feel u want to not do this anymore and ur reminded of wat i told u,just pray for me.
my sister did it.i cant stop her.i am not a practiscing muslim so i dont have the right.i can just tell her abt it.i did here too.so i shared a hadith,was it criminalistic of me?

I did them myself until I was 23, before my mangni.
But I don't get them "done" regularly. I just try to maintain the shape until there is some occasion and I have the time and motivation to get them done.

Note to Folks: I'm almost positive that there also a verse in the Quran that explains how Allah(swt) dissaproves of women getting rid of facial hair. I remember reading it once. Will post it if I find it.
