I blend it not in my water line but just underneath the lashes where it smudges on me. Right in the corner of my bottom lash line. I usually line my water line to tough but I dont blend my water line, its usually my outside corners that smudges through out the day from the blinking I guess? But blending it usually helps. It also really depends on the pencil your wearing too, trying using another type to check the results. Hope that makes sense?
