hello every one, so which brand do u think has the best black pencil for the water line?
i use a prestige pencil, the color is very black but after an hour it smudges and spreads under my lashes. how can i avoid that?

if you are only looking for pencil, i would suggest MAC's technakhol liner in graphblack. its made specifically for the waterline. And if you dont mind using a eyeliner brush, then i would suggest Stila's smugepot. its a gel eyeliner, and works WONDERS for all, the waterline itself, lower lid, and upper lid! hands down, the best!

I've tried all sorts of kajals etc...but I've reverted back to pencils and MAC khol is my winner!

yes indeed try the MAC that one stays put 
But also a cheaper solution, which i happeed to find out was Sephora ‘kohl & liner waterproof’..

Yup, I use techakohl as well. It's so soft and doesn't irritate.
When I want to really line the waterline heavily, I use fluidline with a brush.

its amazing, although the tip is kinda thick , if you apply it the right way..it lasts all day and doesnt smudge at all. just visit any mac store and put it on the back of ur hand, after a couple of seconds, try to smudge it ..and it won't. i'm in love with it. it can also be used as a base for eyeshadow (works really work for smokey eye , and super easy).

I use REVLON eye pencil and it's really very good.

i use chanel's waterproof pencil eyeliner. its pretty amazing!

um i hope u know that its not manufactured under any regulations and you never know whats in it and how harmful it may be. and you're puttin that inside your eye....eeks!

Have the same problem and my trick is after applying the eye liner, take those small eyeshadow sponges and spread the eyeliner out with that. I also use a liptstick brush because the brush is tiny and perfect for spreading the eyeliner out evenly. For me, my eyeliner always smugdes on the bottom lid outside corner of my eyes so I make sure to spread there nicely. It helps and my eyeliner stays the same all through out the day or for however long I am wearing it. Hope this helps!
My two fav eyeliner pencils are from MAC and Rimmel London's "Kajol" pencil....Actually I both think they're called Kajol...lol I can't remember, have to check.

greenarch - If you still find it smudges a little, try applying a little black eyeshadow over the eyeliner to help keep it in place! :)

So you blend the eyeliner that you applied to the waterline? Doesnt that rub it off the waterline and just leave the color or 'line' in your lower lashes? Or are you talking about applying it to your lower lash line? and blending/smudging it there?
