Smashbox jet set gel liner in black is amazing...you have to buy the brush also, but the line turns out really clean looking
So you blend the eyeliner that you applied to the waterline? Doesnt that rub it off the waterline and just leave the color or 'line' in your lower lashes? Or are you talking about applying it to your lower lash line? and blending/smudging it there?
I blend it not in my water line but just underneath the lashes where it smudges on me. Right in the corner of my bottom lash line. I usually line my water line to tough but I dont blend my water line, its usually my outside corners that smudges through out the day from the blinking I guess? But blending it usually helps. It also really depends on the pencil your wearing too, trying using another type to check the results. Hope that makes sense? :)
