Re: Eye Makeup!
hey guys, i was looking for abit of advice, im wearing a pink churidar with quite a heavy border of silver work, and a pink hijab, could you give me some make up suggestions and post pics please? thankyouuuuuuu!
Re: Eye Makeup!
i like this one
Shade up to the brow with a white or light pink shade. Next colour your eyelid all over with pink shade.
You dont need any eyeliner for this look; only black eyeshadow.
Line the lower lash line with black eye shadow. It's best to apply this with the side of your eye shadow applicator.
Next line all of the crease with the same black eye shadow. Next use a brush to gently smudge all the into each other and to smudge the black outwards.
Draw a line with a white eye pencil inside the bottom lash line. This will give the look a bit more pizzaz.
Finish it with two layers of black mascara on the upper and lower eye lashes.
Re: Eye Makeup!
Depends on how heavy or natural you want to go.
I don't like heavy makeup i think it ages women alot. Alot of times I see girls cake on their makeup and it doesn't
look good at all. Just use makeup to enhance your features don't overdo it.
One thing I've learned from makeup and fashion is if you're going to be wearing something so heavy don't go equally heavy on your face.
Since you're wearing a pink I would say go for a pink lipstick/lipgloss.
I like natural eyeshadows like gold, taupe shades with black kajal. I think it looks really nice.
You can always add the colour of your suit in the crease.
There's a really good youtube guru Nurberxo - She's amazing ! check her out if you like :)

Looks amazing Marwah! Can you tell us how you did it?

Thanks, sure! I used NYX's ultra pearl mania in the gold color, then added MAC's reflects antique gold glitter to it, and I added a hint of a shimmery light brown towards the crease. After that I used a thin artists brush to apply black gel eyeliner and made two extra flicks. The flicks are supposed to to give the illusion of longer lashes, and you should wear mascara if you're doing this eyeliner, I didn't bother because this was just a trial look I was trying for an upcoming wedding.
