my sad attempt to smokey eyes is in here sumwhere… it was ok… they told me to blend more and highlight the brow bone… so i tried it again… and it turned out worse.
I’m taking a look at some tutorials… if you are the type that learns by watching these might help…

Chilly... i looked at this before... i dont know im just not good at it.... it took me years to learn how to put eye liner on... i think i might just try my own techniques... and see how i can put everything together...

Actually trying your own techniques is the best way.. I'm still struggling with the smokey eye myself, but these tutorials and practice will make a woman perfect ;)

Ok ladies… you probably remember my first attempt below
My second attempt was worst than the first so i didnt even take pictures…
… so ive been bored at work during this thanksgiving holiday and have been watching lots of tutorials… which brought me too…
…my third attempt…
it looked better in person, for some reason the picture makes it look poorly blended, and it looked so neat and clean in person… how do you ladies take pix of ur eye make up… i tried with flash and without flash on a digi camera… maybe i should try a webcame… ne way what do yall think?

looks good! the eyeliner looks very nice..the eyeshadow needs a little more blending but you said it looked more blended in person so that’s good. nice job!
and as for the pics, take it with the flash on but stand in a dark place, and make sure the file size is big so when you upload the pictures, you can zoom into the eyes and see detail.
