I discovered JUST TODAY eyeshadow base. Specifically, from MAC, their cream eyeshadow base. It makes bright colors really pop, like the high pigment ones, without having to cake it on. Do you guys use it? It made a huge difference on my eyeshadow. I'll take pics this weekend and post the difference w/ and w/o.
