I know using the eye liner on upper eye lid makes the Lash Line look
thicker…But what Is the purpose behind Putting the eye liner in the lower eyr
lids…I have heard some says it makes the eyes look smaller…some say it
should be used with the lower lash line lined too.I am pretty onfused…Anyone
care to elaborate on that

i think wearing it on the bottom makes the eye look bigger.. i dont wear eye-liner on the top.. I used to but noy anymore.. not since i discovered the MAC mascara and kajal...
i looooooooove Kajal.. if u apply it properly the eyes look damn sexy

I’m from England and i was using a simple Avon Eyeliner but recently i’ve started using hashmi from Pakistan, i use that when i want an intense look, applying it inside the eyes and slightly under the bottom lid makes the eyes appear bigger.
As for the Avon eyeliner it’s great for adding flicks at the end of the eyes, they also make the eyes look big and it’s my favourite style.

^ ME too! I've recently discovered hashmi kajal and its just sooooo nice and dark! Only problem is that it spreads after a couple of hours :(
I love eyeliner at the bottom rim... its so sexy.. completely changes your look!

i use hashmi too but like Riya said, it smudges and its not a nice look afterwards...
i would totally like to invest in some good kajal
can anyone recommend an eyeliner that can be used to line the inner eyes that actually doesnt bleed or run/smudge?

My BFF got me this Kajal ?? kinda thing from India.
Apparently its a solid rather than powder kinda like a stone with a stick to apply it in your eyes with.
Doesnt budge and has an intense sparkling black color to it

Hey u Hashmi girls, i read that a lot of the hashmi / surma / kohl / kajal stuff from pakistan contains lead and gives u lead poisoning. So i stopped using it, tho it was really good. They figured this out in some place in America.

I dunt use Kajal but before going 2 sleep night time i wear sumra nd murning time it goes off i wash it, cz i dunt like it spreads all around.wiv make up i wear eye liner

ASK99 - If you use eyeliner on the bottom only 1/3 way in - it suppose to make your eyes look bigger. If you line them all the way to the inside at the bottom - it's suppose to make your eyes look smaller.
I use urban decay eye liner in zero. It doesn't smudge and glides on super soft. It's hard to get off - you;ll have to wash your face with soap or eye makeup remover.
I don't do the kajal but would like to try a good one. I also heard it has lead in it. I think there are some other ones without lead but just make sure!

Hashmi surma/kajol does not have lead in it guys - that was the fakest rumour ever.
It makes your eyes stand out. How big your eyes look depends on how you line you lower lid. If you really really pile it on thick especially on the inner part of you lower eyelid, then you'll create smaller looker eyes. However, if you apply it lightly to the outer edge of the lower eyelid.....and only go about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way, your eyes will appear bigger.
