Therefore, I suggest take the eyes out of criminal and put them into victim's... exchange their eyes. The victim gets her eyesight back and the criminal goes blind.

Truthfully..later I thought about that. If eye transplant would be sucessful..and if the woman gains her sight again.
Would be fair.
And would actually equal an eye for an eye.....
