You know i once met some high officials of PML-N and PPP asked them the same question, that how do they get this much money to spend on Jalsas, i had corruption in mind but interestingly both of them said same thing you said, infact they said that they have donors all over the world and get millions of dollars annually… so again what the difference…
anyway, i am not getting into debate here, i know PTIans would have hard time answering this, instead they would be going right left and center and would be calling everyone corrupt and just like a_s have used above, would use the same excuse…
Anyone, what was the name of the minister who said that corruption is our right and we do it because others do it as well…
