Pakistan has better safety record than India coz they never fly their planes.

It is as simple as that. Also Mig-21’s are way past their primes. Once the su-30MKI’s are inducted in full squadron strength pressure will be taken of the IAF, also
these are the plans in the pipelines

  1. Purchase Rafale
  2. Purchase 140 Mirage
  3. Induct LCA
  4. Develop and Induct MCA

The point (3) and (4) are a bit dodgy at the time, but inshallah it will become true.
