PAF does not publish air crash data often. But, here’s an article by By Air Marshal (Retd.) Ayaz Ahmad Khan (PAF). It deals with the 1997-98 period.

11 crashes in 110,000 flying hours = 1 per 10,000 hours
Between the same timeframe in 1997-98, IAF flew 487,847 hours. During this time it had 16 crashes
That equates to 0.33 crashes per 10,000 hours.

The bottomline is that IAF flies WAYYYY more than PAF.
For the amount of flying we do, our crash rates are far better than PAF.
