Hey the law is the law. Just like green card holders can’t vote why should dual nationals who don’t pay taxes don’t live in the country and owe Pakistan no loyalty.

As an American you should understand the importance of following rules and laws. Or is that not applicable to Pakistan?

Laws can be changed for betterment of people/country. I do not think we are discussing THE LAW, we are discussion what it should be.

dual citizens should be allowed to VOTE in Pakistani elections (just like I can vote in Canadian and US elections)
