who defines human rights? Do you know normally what happens when these so called “Muslims” leave Islam? I am saying so called “Muslims” b/c they never prayed salah in their whole life, maybe Eid, and then they say they are Muslims, which is complete nonsense to begin with. I mean, hello, you are already out of Islam.
It is to avoid all kinds of fitnah against Muslims and Islam; what if hypocrite just accept Islam and then leave to degrade Muslims & Islam and then start attacking Islam, like the so called “Muslim” apostate are doing now days.
Barak Allah fi ka, it is only the opinion of Imam Ibn Qudaamah (May Allah have mercy on him). It has been advised by the great scholars that they should be called back to Islam kindly and should given time to repent.
We know that there were people who left Islam during the time of Messenger of Allah 
but they were not put to death, rather they were given time and da’wah to come back to Islam.
Can you please tell us why is your friend leaving Islam, inna lilla? Instead of asking us about the rulings etc. shouldn’t you be asking how can you help him to come back to Islam? I’m not doubting your sincerity but you should be asking about the tips and stuff to invite the person back.

Why am I not surprised? A Qu’rani religious hater! I can say the same thing about so called human rights. Anyone can come up human rights, then convince people to follow them and then say “look that person is terrorist since he is violating the human rights, so let’s kill them”. Is that how your justice work? When you try to act an an rational thinker, at least don’t dig up your grave with your own hands.
