And what about the boys??? Isn't it sending out a dangerous message that boys can do whatever they want and get away with it??? I was watching this programme called 'Muslim Driving School' and one of the guys on there was a UK Pakistani who had been hooked on drink and drugs (and God knows what else) and was simply sent back to Pakistan to get married as his parents thought somehow magically that would change him (and the poor girl he was arranged to be married to and ended up with had no idea of this stuff he was upto). See how different ppl act with boys and girls, I'll bet if their daughter had been the drug addict she'd been kicked out onto the streets and disowned :(
oho un ko bhi pakroo ........... who says that they are not subject to the same rule.
laikin i think since shariah teaching requires male to be responsible for their family and not the vice versa.......... perhaps that the reason we witness such kind of honor killing by males.
(i m not talking in the context of this case as the case is to be tried in the court and investigation is in in the early stage.)
