I was pondering over "unfaithful" and "disloyal" but went with unfaithful in the end, but perhaps we should only look at "wafa" as fidelity, but then again an infidel aint a bewafa :)

a suggestion would be to add more context to the data (words) for better translation.

I think bewafa is closer to disloyal...and afsana closer to a novella.

they are from the famous song.... the afsana likh rahi hoon ..
and I dont remember whether it was there or somewhere else but basically bewafa was used in another song as well. Also a friend who hadnt called for a long time met up with me and I complained and he said Mai to bewafa hoon aap ne kiyon nahi call kiya? I am not sure if that is the right use but it did not make sense to me.

I thought kanwara and kanwari meant unmarried. Do they aslo imply virgin? The third I have no idea of.

well, yes according to Feeroz-ul-lughaat, that’s what it means:D Ghair must’amilah kay lafzi meanings haiN “never used” (according to lughat too:D)

Ferozsons (Pvt.) Ltd. has the best Urdu dictionaries.....i have Urdu to English dictionary which really comes in handy.
