In military they speak the language of the danda. I am sure you won't have a problem. If you do then consult Madhanee's Guruji. He might give you some of his tools after penetrating Madhanee.

I dont understand any of this ^^^^^^^
its the language of the danda mate.... only funguy understands it. dont worry about it.
I think you have to have basic level urdu though, not too sure. Official language of the Army is English though. But you might to at least be able to read and write it, and maybe practice a bit more when it comes to speaking too.
so will i be ok?

FUNNY GUY!
You will be fine Haroon...All forces in Pakistan speak English and all courses are also taught in English...As far as understanding Urdu goes, that's probably all you'll need unless you have to talk to the jawans, or the soldiers, and by the time you are done with your courses and all, I am sure you'd be speaking fluent Urdu...I am sure you'll do fine...
yes...there are so many arabs cadets there who cant speak urdu but in the end they are fluent with it ....dont worry ...
what force u are planning to join....u have to have 6-6 eyeside for pilot course GDP..........

I like firearms, so im more towards the infantry side.
While im a regular soldier, will I have a chance to apply for academy?
I think I have a change, I have complete high school and 1 semsester of college. Im really good with computers for a 19 year old. And I have a good resume with work experience.
Hey arent you that attackistan guy?
Nobody actually bothered answering his question.
Haroon, as far as you are citizen of pakistan you are able to join the Army. You must speak English or Urdu. If you can understand Urdu then you obviously will be able to speak within couple of months.
As far as general public is concerned only 5% of people in Pakistan are able to speak proper English. 20% can understand but are unable to speak.
Good luck.

I have completed 12 years of education. preschool, and grade 1-12 and one semester of college.
What im asking about the academy is that I heard there are 2 parts of the military. You can either become a regular soldier or join the academy where you are treated better and may have a chance for a better future.
So once I get to pakistan, I want to try out for academy, if Idont get in, I will just join as a regular soldier, and later on while im a regular soldier I want to apply again.
Is my understanding of the military correct from what I have said?

YOU want to join the army to serve ur Nation rite?
y don't you learn URDU to serve your Nation.. for me my language is everything.. its how i express myself as a Pakistani. URDU my friend is not hard.. if you can understand a little .. try getting together with ppl who can teach u slowly how to speak it .. you don't have to become a Mirza (a famous urdu poet)
anyways.. you will have to learn Urdu.. yes i knw all the major figures of the army speak in English but you are going to be living with other fellows who will know Urdu and will speak to each other in urdu preferably.. (and dont' be surprised to hear some punjabi too! :) ) so be ready for it.. get some elder to teach it to you. or a friend of you..
i had problems with speaking english .. but i found a way to fix it.. i was asked by my friend to speak english with him.. even if i am not good at it.. and it really helped me getting off my feet and talking atleast some what in english.. although i admit i still need much more improvement but it is a start..
so nothing wrong with learning Urdu.. its ur language.. learn it .. explore it.. its fun and its a sweet language :) i hope you will gear yourself towards learning the language rather than hoping to find the whole army of Pak speaking english to you. :)

If u want to be an army officer then u'll be admitted to pak army;s militray academy in abbotabad.......u will not suit as jawan.....try to apply for the militry academy.....only way to get perminent commission in pak army in offficer ranks is through joining as officer.......through graduating from academy....
2-While in academy u get the option to graduate in any of the available subjects...computer science is one of them........so after becoming an army officer u'll also become a computer professional....
