Eng v India 2nd Test - The story so far...

This is not a Sachin bashing thread, just incase some Indians get the wrong idea

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/smile.gif

India won the toss and decided to bat:

Current score: India 114 for 3.

Sehwag playing well. Looks like a good find. (See, I give credit where credit is due).

Hogard seem to be bowling realy well. 2 wickets for 31 in 15 overs.

I hope Sachin gets a big score in the second innings. Those that came to watch him must be disappointed.

India are now 141 for 3.

India now 175 for 3.

Sehwag 105 not out.

If only Sachin had lasted a bit longer, the bowling is now getting easier.

Sehwag played a gem of an innings, was eventually out for 106. Yet another failure for Tendulkar, the guy is going through a very lean period at the moment.

Sachin out for 34

Lookslike his second innings form is being transferred to his first innings.

P.S: This is not a Sachin bashing comment - just an observation

Namaste Asif_K.

You really should not take things too personally. We are just sharing our observations about his recent performances.

You must admit his record has not been great recently. Especially abroad.

Jealous of India? or a batsman having a terrible time lately? Those that go and defeat the Aussies in Austrlia need not be jelouas of a low class team, or an overrated batsman who cant score.

Lets not stray from this topic mr asif, care to comment on Tendulkars match winning performance in this match?

Both. You are jealous of Sachin because he is an Indian and has achieved so much. You only said at one thread that you will love to have him in your team. since you can’t have him, his failure is giving you pleasure.

Liar, Tell me when you won a Test series in Australia ??

Yeah and Afridi is next Richards and for you even Bradman was over-rated

This topic is not about Sachin’s performance - It’s about India-Eng test - And it’s raining there.

2b or not 2b,

In this series he has played only 3 innings - and out of 3, twice he was out to very loose shots , So I dont think he is out of form - He is just little careless.

And before coming to England He went to WI where he scored 300+ runs (42+ avg)runs despite some poor umpiring.

That was his test performance

In ODIs in last 9 ODIs(WI & Eng) he has scored 436 runs with 60+ avg - Only you can call it bad.

Uffo, main aap ko kaisay samjaon? His one day record is not being questioned.

Anyway, back to the topic:

Indian have just come out to bat. It has been a very bad day (weather wise). India are currently 212 for 4.

Laxman appears to have so much time when he plays his shots. It is a shame he bats so low. He should definitely bat ahead of Ganguly and Sachin.

2b or not - you are one big panoti.(They say in my country - no. 6 ki bad-dua bahot jaldi lagti hai )

You said Shewag playing well - He got out.
you said Laxman playing well - He got out.

Now keep quiet untill Indian inning is over. I will listen to all your nags.

India now 248 for 5.

Ganguly playing Really, Really well

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/smile.gif

Did anyone see that really well timed stroke by Agarkar. He is playing well

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/smile.gif

India now 273 for 5.

I am not sure if any guppies are watching Ganguly bat? He seems in brilliant form. His straight drives off Hogard and Flintoff have been inspiring.

btw - just saw some stats on TV about Agarkar getting 7 ducks in a row against the Aussies, of which 5 were golden ducks. Does anyone know if that is a world record?

India 287/7 at tea. Agarkar and the new wicket keeper Patel both out. Patel gone for a duck on his debut.

India now 295 for 8.

Ganguly out for 68. Very good innings.

Harbhajan Singh is playing well.

These are the kind of sadistic comments that make our Indian guppies think we are bashing Tendulkur.
Worst thing is its coming from the moderator of this forum!

Read the full statement, and try and understand what I am saying before making silly comments by quoting part of the statement and take things out of context.
