So my little girl of a husband is just always falling sick.
I think he was neglected as a child and I’m about to call Pakland and have a serious convo with mummy dearest.
But thats another story alltogether!
For now, I’d like to know some real good tried and tested Desi nuskas to help make him stronger and build up his immune system.
So far I’m thinking of yakhni weekly for a month. And adding some milk and yogurt to his Chicken only diet.
Any other ideas?
Come on all you old school loving desi mom’s – hin33, coco, mamaof3 hook it up ladies.
^ i dont agree with that…no matter how much research is done. Of course breast milk is best because it is all natural however…my sisters kids were breast solely for 2-2.5 yrs. Her kids are sick all the time…constant ear infections, colds flu’s etc.
anyway, back to he topic…
give him vitamin supplements especially vitamin c and add fruits to his diet. some people just naturally have a weak immune system. I sure do
If he was thrown in the dust bin in the morning and taken out in the evening he should have the strongest immune system.
Anyways feed him , pistay , badam , akhroot ka halwa if he does not like nuts in their pure form.
One week of enema should help too , it will flush clean his system of all the toxins.

Um pardon my ignorance what Enema?
In addition to diet get him some Purell and tell him to wash his hands often.
Protein shakes. Good brand from good source.
Give him 2-3 fruits rich in Vit. C for lunch along with yoghurt.
Multivitamins and a Fish oil supplement.
Yakhni sounds great. Maybe prepare other soups like veg soup, chicken corn soup, lentil soup, stc. with the yakhni.
Green tea.
