Next step was to find out the cause of it.

If I were the therapist, then first thing I would do is to get them tied up on the couch till they have understood why they are weird.

what I meant was that you need to feel as if you are self sufficient, you don’t NEED anyone. you gotta realize that ppl come and go. None of your freinds/boyfriend are worth being so emotional over. you will keep making new ones. in the end it’s you and will always be you all other people around you keep changing. hope this helps..
