Electricity crisis deepens in Karachi

Although I have to agree that mistake was made in writing fissile fuel instead of fossil fuel, as both fissile and fossil fuel are two different types of fuel, but most surprising is ability of some human minds that could not see simple errors and start considering such mistake as new technology.

Anyhow, thanks for pointing out the mistake, as the level of knowledge we have in Pakistan, my mistake of writing fissile instead of fossil, some might start thinking that hydrocarbon based fuel like crude oil is really fissile fuel.:rotfl:

I appreciate govt taking action and taking the big hike in tariff back.

I wouldn't limit it to last 8-10 years, load-shedding has been around for very long time in Pakistan now, with time it is getting worse because our energy department is busy in makhi maaring. They can't project consumption, they can't take action accordingly and lastly our law enforcement is so poor that whatever electricity is produced by power production companies they are unable to recover their cost because of power theft.

Re: Electricity crisis deepens in Karachi

If we had made Kala Bagh Dam 10 years back, we would have not faced these days . But salute to our some politicans who played thier politics over thsi national issue now we have 12 hours of day in black. MQM and Sindhi polticans made it some sort of problem of Imaan , funded by RAW , these two parties are mainly responsible for the energy crisis.ANP also played politics over it with " Drowning Nowsherha" psuedo theory. RAW was successful and interestingly, the industrial hub of Pakistan , once the City of Light is under 18 18 hours load shedding. What the hell medium and small industry produce when there is 16 hours without electricity and cannot afford costly generators and how the production cost increase for large industry over generators, diesel this and that. Its feasibility everything is ready, though PPPP which is already played Sindh Card over this issue does not want to build Kala Bagh but now its the life and death way for Pakistan. 4500 MW with a lot of water capacity for the lands of Punjab for wheat . Punjab produce 80% of Pakistan's wheat, when we have no water, when a poor farmer has no electricity in Punjab to run tube well , how Punjab can meet two ends meet for wheat, then they shout that Punjab does not give wheat.Immediately, Government will start this project and anybody who raise voice against it, Islamabad High Court should take Suo Moto, bring him to court, charge him under Article 6 of Constitution and throw this Anti_Pakistan RAW agent into the bars

shabash now memorize the new world you learnt today…

Right on, whats sad is that Musharraf showed how impotent he was in power when he would make statements praising the Kalabadh Dam idea for 8 years and didnt do zilch to build it, thanks to the snakes and anacondas (previously backed by RAW) he was nurturing, Altaf being the main one.
