If it's hard to see for weather or whatever reasons .. it's better to go with the earlier day. You definately don't wanna fast on Eid day.

moonsighting.com is down for me. i cant believe they decided to declare it when only an hr ago, they were saying its literally impossible.
zaytuna has to on 4th so no worries there

Ye im surprised at the change of statement too. There they were saying it is IMPOSSIBLE to even see it with a telescope anywhere except S. america and S africa and here we r now!
