Go by whatever your local Muslim community center follows -- wherever you'll be reading namaz. If they follow ISNA, then it's Satursday. If they follow Saudi Arabia, then it's Friday. I'll be celebrating on Saturday.

Basically what they mean is wherever in the world moon is sighted they will start the month i.e. Eid.

You forgot the 3rd option!! The moon cannot be seen so Eid is Saturday.
