its like roasted angel hair pasta, what is called vermicelli, cooked in milk and nuts and sugar, if made the right way without adding water and too much sugar yes it is very tasty

The best kind is the dry (less milk) sevaiyan eaten with balai (heavy cream).

*12. Growing old is inevitable,
