The proof for this is that you guys had to break from tradition to deny Mawlid

There was no anti mawlid people in india prior to your salafification. Thats why you are up against Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah. In Sha Allah this is clear to you. Even your akabirs were celebrating mawlid because their Mosques and communities used to

hmmmm, i cant really understand..

1- are we following Quran, Haidths and Sahabas or are we following Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah??
2- tradition???, well i this that was one of the reasons why Prophits were sent to this world. to break free of Traditions and worship one God. RasoolAllah SallAllahu Alaihi wa Ahlihi wa Sallam is shown us how to do that.
