Islam confirms more virtues for Isa Alaihis Salam then christians do
Isa Alaihis Salam:

Was made from ‘Kun’ [Be] of Allah Ta’ala
Was Born without a Father
Is Ruhullah A spirit from Allah Ta’ala
Has made creation with his Hands
Brought the dead back to life
Spoke as a Child in the cradle
Is not dead
Will come back to earth to kill the dajjal

And much much more of what Islam confirms for Him peace be upon Him and His Mother. None of this is exaggeration, yet the link between a Prophet who is Blessed with such miracles at His Hands has been made by Christians that He Naudhubillah is god. This is their disbelief

The only reason Isa Alaihis Salam and other Prophets were blessed with Miracles were because religion was being readied for the arrival of RasoolAllah SallAllahu Alaihi wa Ahlihi wa Sallam. Meaning every one of those Miracles was the Miracle of RasoolAllah SallAllahu Alaihi wa Ahlihi wa Sallam!

This is the Rank of Rehmatul Lil Alameen, and Sayyidul Anbiya. So to say He SallAllahu Alaihi wa Ahlihi wa Sallam was a Slave means the rank of a Slave of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala is Exalted. This hadith teaches us Slave is better then to say someone is god which is Shirk, Messenger is explanation of the Great Qualities [The Representative of Allah]

We are to narrate the Life of RasoolAllah SallAllahu Alaihi wa Ahlihi wa Sallam, the night of Miraj for which we do have gatherings annually, as well as Mawlid

The interpretation of the Hadith is not accepted as you want to present it

This is my opinion on the matter

As for your second Hadith look into the Bidah debate for interpretation in the context of the whole religion. Taking certain narrations and over applying them is falsehood. We will deviate over time no matter what happens.
