This was the latest in US and Israel plan to slowly ease out out Mubarak and put Omar Suleiman in control, but that sort of managing the Egyptian situation is failing. There is such anger on the Egyptian streets at Mubarak's speech that I believe that a revolution will now happen and people march towards the Presidential palace and oust this ugly dictator and his cronies. It's a dangerous situation now.

America isn't hedging all its bets on Mubarak. I can understand why saudis are all full of praise for mubarak considering their own royal badmash family.
