Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

Proto, you are one of the lucky ones who played smartly :cb: this is a smart strategy indeed to complete the required minimum attendance and then start bunking :lifey:

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

We had this one guy at university whom I still call "Bunkers ka Badshah". He hardly ever showed up for classes but still managed to get top grades. According to him he gained more from studying the subject at home rather than attending classes. On one occasion he was sitting next to me prior to an Business Administration exam. The lecturer who had been teaching the subject for the entire semester comes in and he goes: "Who is this?" and I'm like "This is our BA lecturer!" to which he replies "I've never seen him before."

For me on the other hand it was the other way around. I hardly ever had to study at home (apart from doing homework, projects, thesis, etc.) because I had 100% attendance.

I salute your friend, clever idea. This is what it is supposed to be done when you are studying at University. I used to attend each lecture in my first year.Lately,I found it is a total waste of time attending lecture and not paying the full attention. Me and my mates we do assignments ,projects and attend only compulsory module's lecture and labs rest we study in our own time in the library or at home. Don't forget it also depends on the course you study.
