Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

hehehe...i was indeed as dumb a boy as Einstein was! :)

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

Some people don't bunk college in the UK because they get money for attending college everyday it is called EMA. I used to see guys smoking and playing outside , they bothered to attend the lecture for registration only so that they won't lose £30 weekly.

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

Bunking The Classes is Awesome

Have Done Many Times

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

In school, I never bunked. I probably wasnt attentive either all the time, but I was mostly always in class.

In college, we had an attendance requirement, so bunking was not an optional. Thats when I missed not having bunked in school. Anyway I think we could have max. 10 % bunking/absent in a class and I use to calculate and time it all around gym classes.

University. When I did my first degrees, we had a lot of mandatory lab courses. Of course I always came in those. Lectures were another story, I think in the beginning I use to come mostly, then when they got shifted to morning classes the bunking increased.

Nowadays I'm attending all my anatomy classes religiously. :) Lectures? pft. Pocho na.

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

When we couldn’t bunk in the longest of the most boring lecture on earth,we’d find other forms of entertainment in classs!..haiii what good times:)

Best was to reserve seats at the back of the lecture room…and inspect all the guy’s collars one by one …to see whose hair was sprouting out!hehe

nah,just kidding!:p:p

just do the usual gup shup, you know via paper messages

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

hahahaha…did you have hairy boys in your class…what was the score of hairy vs chikne boys? lol j/k

since mine was a Muslim University, the girls used to be seated in the last row in the lab. we were always conscious as to which girl was looking which boy? so, one day i secretly brought in a mirror and i caught one girl trying act like she was punching me…when the class was over…i asked her why was she doing that? she denied having done that but later she apologized…

…apun ko bhii zaraa us pe pyaar aa gayaa thaa varna maiN to usko bahoooot tang kartaa…Kashmir kii thii…baRii paali paali shii!

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

People usually don't believe me when I say this, but it's true:

During my entire education starting from Class 1 up to completing my Masters degree I have not bunked a single class in my life. I have missed a few classes due to illness, but never actually bunked one.

I remember one particular class just before the summer holidays were about to start. It was very warm outside and a lot of my classfellows bunked to enjoy the weather. So we ended up being three people in the class (INCLUDING THE TEACHER!).

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

And ? Do you regret it ? :cb:

Was it worth it ? How ?

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

No I don’t regret it. In fact I’m kind of proud about it.

And I hope my kids will take their education this seriously too.

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

I am so glad they don't pay it anymore!! Atleast those wasted people then don't attend classes and make unnecessary disruption

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

Bunking is good if its done rarely .. .but I feel its like an addiction .. if you do it regularly you will get into a habit and then comes the downside and the repercussions of it all ..

Like KFK I got into a hell lot of trouble during Uni all because of excessive bunking, low attendance and vowed that I wouldnt ever ever ever do it again .. just not worth all the trouble one falls in later on ..

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

i bunked more in uni last year than i have at school/sixth form put together. i did fairly well. (result of sleepless nights for a month or so)

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

I bunked and made the best buddies of my life...me and they were back benchers and we still ROCK!!

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

I agree most of friendship worthy people are from back benches....

I even bunked my school classes

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

Not knowing what your situation is, I hope these best buddies will be around to bail you out when you are in a lot of financial debt.

Unless you are wealthy by inheritance, then they will always be around you for the side benefits.

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

bunked many gynecology and psychiatry lectures in medical college because I hated both the subjects! the day I made required 75% attendance in them,I used to stop attending any lectures/ward rounds for both :D no regrets !! apart from them, I did bunk other lectures but not too frequently. only those that had the useless tareen professors teaching ! miss that time A LOT now! woh bhi kya din thay !!!

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..

Re: Effects of Bunking Classes ..
