i need to gain weight asap so tell me ppl any weight gainging foods which works soon

i eat alot but no use

Increasing your intake of junk food and greasy food is not a good way to gain weight. Junk food usually contain unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats.....Even though you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight, those calories should come from foods that are good for you. It may be easier to eat five or six smaller balanced meals per day rather than eating three large meals, especially if you are not used to eating much at one sitting.

Exercise is also important for healthy weight gain. Resistance training exercises such as lifting weights will help to increase your muscle size. Aerobic exercises such as running and stationary bicycling are better for fat loss and excessive aerobic training may cause you to lose more weight.

And if that doesn't work... try anabolic steroids (joke) :D

Carnation Instant breakfast shakes - add ice cream and bananas. Very healthy and very calorie packed.

Mix instant oatmeal with honey, applesauce and cinnamon, add about a teaspoon of olive oil. Don't add water.

Make "super-milk" - add powdered milk to whole milk, tastes good, extra calories.

Cook your veggies with healthy oils and use it liberally.

Take a multi-vitamin which contains Zinc - sinc can help boost appetite.

Avoid fatty foods....this will make you gain weight but it isnt healthy for you at all.

Drink lots of protein shakes with low fat and high calories, and exercise! exercise will tone you up and make you look thin but not sukhi.

you will gain weight with age....dont force it. You just have a fast metabolism...enjoy it!

hmm yes angel eye i know weight is gain by age but i m 27 and my hubby to b wants me to gain weight cuz he is almost tripple in size from me

i m some how quite a toot pick in front of him

have him lose weight instead of him forcing u to gain weight. Fit couple look good rather than fat ones.:D

Start working out. I used to be super thin. Hated it. Working out actually helped me gain weight! Like everyone said, eat healthy stuff. You want to gain weight, but at the same time, you don't want your metabolism to slow down, so keep active and have smaller meals throughout the day. Drink loads of water as well.

You will gain weight when your consume more calories than you spend. In other words when you eat more....and are not active/don't exercise.

Suhaina....you're very lucky that you don't put on weight easily. Many people would love to trade places with you because they have to work harder than you to maintain a slim form. If you have been blessed with a high metabolism and naturally slim figure, then enjoy it. And don't let anyone's negative comments get you down.

You know what Suhaina... i don't think there is anything wrong with the way you are now. I am quite slim and cos i am super tall as well people usually call me a 'lanky wafe'... and i eat loads... trust me... i probably have 2 krispy kreme donuts a day... but that's the way i am... and it seems that's the way you are... so just embrace it and accept it. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU KURIYE!! :)

If you're that concerned, just put on about 5-10 ponds, no more than that. It also depends on height too.
