figure out the appropriate weight range for yourself first by factoring in your height/age/gender ...
then if still underweight ... as others have said ... increase caloric intake + exercise ...
see your physician before starting on any wt gain/wt loss diet/exercise regimen for a baseline endocrine (hormones) workup ...
and most of all ...... don't give a crap about what others have to say! do the right thing for yourself ... always
yup agree with my co-mod here have him loose some weight but u eat healthy as well protein shakes with lots of calories, if not that then try boost .. eat fruits n veggies and chicken breast n rice .. man now its makin me hungry oh n never skip ur breakfast!
if you eat roti have 1 extra
and as much fruit as you can every day
also stay away from fried stuff and junk food- it doesnt make you gain weight if your naturally thin anyway, it will just harm you in long term
it really helped me when i lost 1 stone- but irony is when i was underweight i used to eat only little bits of junk food i went so thin looked lyk a skeleton. now i eat loads of fruit- and am the rty weight
Lol ive the exact same problem, 46 kg and soon 17, gaining weight is soo deifficult for me, im eating a lot but no effect, although im starting with excersice and have started eatin nuts nd fruits, like bananas! so i hope it'll help. Nd mom always keep telling me to drink milk with cream and honey might help :)

i think i have slow metabolism, even if i eat less and 30 mins run, and not help me lose weight! i wish i have fast burn calories like you. is it possible to make my metroslim faster, and do tell me,, i feel it is because of age, i realised when i was young it was fast then in older age after 23 weight gain easy than normal.
if you would want to gain weight, try white bread, pototoes, pasta, cheese , eat normal not low or fat free foods. let me know if it works!
