Yes Allah is Arabic, but attachment of Sain denotes how Sindhi people revere Him. Sain is also used for father / mother and other elders including teachers. 
Regarding pure Sindhi words for God, we have Paalanhaar (one who provided things for your survival) and Dhani (Master).
