I envy people who eat in a group , like friends and family. But I being a loner , loser and anti social want to eat alone. I do not want to see anybody eating with me on the same table. It disgusts me.
What about you ? Do you like to share the table and plate or you are like me ?

Its good to eat with family :) I think every family should make a point to have atleast one meal of the day together if not all. And all meals should be taken at the dinner table, this business of eating anywhere and everywhere is not good.
I don't like eating from others plate or sharing my plate unless its my Ami or Abu :)

I must admit , Im not brave enuff to eat in a desi place- if its having a coffee and a bite to eat in a coffee shop like Costa then cool but never wud I eat alone in some desi joint:bummer:… eating in a social setting is cool and sharing food is so much fun!!! and theres nothing like a good gupshup over khana with family & friends!!!

I don't mind eating alone. But when I do, I am usually accompanied by TV or some TV show on my laptop. I don't eating without people AND without something else to entertain me. That gets boring very quickly. But I LIKE eating with people.

I can't eat alone.. I 'takeaway' if I really really have to. Unless it's just coffee at a cafe.. I can spend hours by myself then!

As a fammily we all ate together in Pakistan.
But in the UK I would prefer to eat alone, ussually eating rarely and only in company of close friends and brothers…
Now that i’m with a fammily of my own… we make it a rule to eat together or not at all.
Those who are not fammily for example work colleagues never see me eating… thats becuase I dont eat at work… or anywhere else besides my own home. Unless you count a social function where eating is a must…

have to have a whole bunch of people around me if it's the dinning table and have great conversation. grew up with two comedic bros and a dad so conversation was always funny and enjoyable.

I dont mind eating alone or with people. Sometimes, during school days I would eat alone with all of my books and laptop.

I eat my lunch alone 5 days a week at my work place and I enjoy it !
I have dinner everyday with my family and I enjoy it too.
When I am hungry I would eat regardless if I am alone or not.
