respiratory problem could be due to some irritants/allergies in the air…do you have pets btw? if you have birds, this could very well be a reason if he is the one who cleans the cage. bird excreta when dried up gets airborne and if inhaled causes lung to twitch. nasal spray [rhinocort] usually helps.
