That’s all you need anyway- folic acid and an ultrasound. The rest usually comes later on in the pregnancy- there’s no reason for her to really check your weight or height. It’s good that you want to get checked out to be satisfied but try to keep calm and take it easy too. A normal pregnancy means minimal tests and procedures and iA you will have one.

Change your doctor, but also educate yourself on all things pregnancy. If you can log on to Paklinks I’m sure you can use google. There is a site called babycenter, register there. You will get weekly emails on what to expect. There are also forums for pregnant ladies and moms where a lot of things have been discussed. Look those up.
Again, use google!
Read up on what you should be taking in terms of vitamins. Your diet. What to avoid and what to expect and go and get what ever you need yourself. There are pre natals over the counter(I believe they should be in Pakistan too) so I don’t get why you need to wait for you doctor to prescribe them …
Pregnancy really isn’t rocket science. Instead of every little thing worrying you why don’t you just google it to see if it’s something worry about in the first place?

google hi tu kia tha . Wahan likha tha brownish discharge can be the sign of miscarriage etc. I scared .

Were you cramping? Did the discharge stop? If there was no cramping involved and the bleeding stopped you’re totally fine. Now take a deeeeeep breath and log on to babycenter.com

There is a Ziauddin Hopsital in North Nazimada. Dr. Rubina is very good there. you can try her out. My sister in laws went there and she even helped them for their fertility problems/ Aside from that she was good with pregnant patients as well. Its good to have someone check you out as well. Although I am sure you have nothing to worry about but ask the doctor just in case.

And yes in Pakistan, one of my other friends was given only folic acid tablets not prenatal viatmins in general so maybe its common there.
