Haha when I was younger I used to wrap my mom’s long dupattas and shawls around my body and sling one palloo over the shoulder as well to attain the sari effect, but only did so at home. Wearing that out in public, ermm… I dont think its a good idea.

As for your paishwaaz, its so gorgeous why do you wanna cut the sleeves off?! I think long sleeves look really nice and classy… you look great with the full sleeves in the pic you posted.

Keep everything as is! If you wanna do something with your dupatta, maybe get one of those vest type things made and wear it over a plainer suit in a similar color… and youll still have enough material to keep it as a dupatta.

Just a thought, I dunno im no designer! shrugs

i think the “sari” would look a bit off done that way since u wouldnt get the proper ‘fall’ that comes with pleating. better to get a plain suit made in either pink or ferozi and use the heavy dupatta with that.
keep the sleeves on the purple outfit..

cmon nobody thinks it’d look good as a “saree”?? maybe if i halved myself vertically (or horizontally??), i’ be able to wrap it around me at least more than once…then???
