i tried their blush b/c it's said to be like nars blush, altho i've never actually but a nars blush i really like the elf blush...it really nice

yes they are amazing , i speak from personal experinece and you can check out different beauty blog and youtube too(top of my mind is oxfordjasmine or sirvinya ) search for her and you can see they are pretty decent .

Are their foundations or powders for the face any good? How about the allover cover stick? Is that like foundation or is it totally something else. I went to the drugstore today and couldn't find foundation under 15 dollars. I heard elf may be cheap in price but not in quality. Is that true? I guess it all depends on who you ask.

I know 15 for foundation is awesome compared to the $40 for liquid foundation from MAc or $32 for their powders but my husband lost his job and has been searching for the last four months..

it is a All Over Cover Stick, meaning it can be used for spot coverage all over the face but it is NOT designed as a foundation. It is heavy, good cover sticks are heavy. They are meant to give you coverage of things like dark eye circles and blemishes.
