Have some of your own hobbies? One of my SOs cousin has a card business, plays Skyrim, dota etc with her husband and on her own (she’s better at it than her husband apparently) and also does housework. She’s enjoying life to the fullest.
My moms friends all have their own business as well as multiple kids some travel with family some travel just with their husband and some just by themselves.
What did you do while you were single? You can read books, learn a new language, take up a new hobby?
