yes i did, it cud be sleep paralysis but den how bout wen we dream stuff happening to us ? as to me i dreamed someoneblowing me up to the ceiling and saying stuufff and throwing me on the bed form the top, it wasnt actually happeningto me but me body was feeling the ache and as if someone was holding me bak tight i tried but cudnt open my eyes tried ot shout, and had tears. all the desis ive met with this "disease" 95% of em think its jaadoo :S

Quranic verses only include word Jinn... what are the attributes of jinn??? in such issue like the topic of this thread "during the night while sleeping ... is it effect of black magic" ... where is jinn within the quranic meanings of jinn...???

Yeah that sounds like classic sleep paralysis.
I have sleep paralysis from time to time and it IS terrifying, especially when you can't breathe. See a sleep specialist. You may be experiencing sleep deprivation which often lead to this.

Sounds like sleep paralysis to me, perhaps waking from a form of night terrors. Sleep paralysis occurs when the body is on the edge of sleep or the edge of waking up. Your are awake but your body isn't. Sounds like you're waking up from a nightmare. Do you sleep on your back?
I tried to be stress free before during the day and before going to bed but couldn't control myself once I was in bed. Anyways...I dont think I am sleep deprived as I usually go to bed 11:00/11:30 and wake up about 7ish.
Just going to sleep doesn't mean that you are cycling through the process correctly. You may be having issues entering and staying in your REM cycle. As I said, you should seek out a sleep specialist.
Also, if you sleep on your back and if you have sleep apnea (which a specialist will tell you), you can sleep for as long as you want but with the constant awakenings you will not be sleeping correctly.

Last night was same. I must have woke up atleast 6/7 times during the night.

Go back and read my post. The 'den wen dream' stuff happens because your mind is semi-conscious while you dream, which is why you see things sometimes. You are desperate to somehow blame the poor non-existent jinns for your medical condition.

I have mostly grown out of it but I have had this my entire life. As everyone else mentioned, its called sleep paralysis. Its due to lack of sleep, stress and exhaustion and if your brain has been overactive (i.e. having had a tough math test). There are many different levels of it at least from what I have felt. There are very mild ones that last for a few seconds. After you wake up, you don't give a crap about it and go back to sleep. I have also had some very intense ones. Those scare the crap out of you. I felt like if I don't force myself out of this condition, I will die or something. Its almost like you have to push "it" away to relieve yourself from this paralysis and it can be extremely hard at times. I admit that it was very very scary in the begining but I got used to them with time.

i read teh whole topic abt slep paralysis n i thought ok so IT is this…simple and i got relaxed… but today i remembered… once when i was experiencing this sleep paralysis… I STILL remember i had this sooo much pressure on my teeth… how does this sleep paralysis explains the pressure on teeth???

It's sleep paralysis. I've had it a few times. But mine involves either rats or cats. I can see the animals roaming around my room then onto my bed. Then they walk across me and sniff me. I can't move or touch them. But I see them. When it happens I'm aware that I'm just 'dreaming' it so it doesn't freak me out.

Black magic and jinns are a reality people! Whatever it is (that's causing you to feel the way you are), regular prayer won't hurt. Say your prayers, read Ayat-ul-Qursi and the 4 Quls. That way you've covered all bases. Allah knows best.
Isn't the whole "waking up feeling someone is pressing you on the bed" supposed to be a jinn thing?
I would suspect that you just have have a jinn issue rather than a black magic problem.
