Dubious status of Pakistani Taliban

And that's what I have mentioned in one of my posts in this thread that we don't have direct access to reports about what exactly is going on in Tribal areas, most news come through state sources. Media men are not allowed to collect direct information. The situation is same as was in Lal Mosque operation or in the East Pakistan. Jiye Pak Army!
By the way, if we ignore the state run media source, most news come to us in the same way, reporting in this modern world is not as reliable as is our system of hadith transmission. There is loads of propaganda service these days. But still, there might be some truth in this piece of news, as it does make sense about Indian/Israeeli/American involvement.

Munda sahib, you do that and China will be very very angry with you. We in Pakistan are a huge dump for cheep chinese goods. We only import from China and cannot export anything back well except some Uigher Jihadis.

Even when China is not dumping their stuff in Pakistan, our local industry won't be capable enough to fulfill the needs of Pakistan's 200 million population.

We shot in our foot back in the 70's when most of our local industry was nationalized and then destroyed all in the name of Islamic socialism.

I'd like to know if that is what ZAB said, thanks.

so its evrybody to its own preception

Re: Dubious status of Pakistani Taliban

So these are the latest conspiracy theories.

Ok, lets clear up the uncircumcised men issue. It speaks volumes when people start arguing about comments made about whether or not these terrorists are circumscised are based upon he-said-she-said remarks made by God knows who. I'd like for the witnesses who have seen this thing come out and talk about it in the media. Its all about what someone has heard, and you guys take that for facts??? Seriously? Where have you folks been schooled? I could write up an article with completely fictitious remarks and publish it, and you folks would believe it? Its amazing how fast and easy rumors can spread in our community. Its no wonder. Its easy to believe in something sensationalized, right?

Secondly, think about it. These dudes are strapping bombs to themselves, terrorizing villages in the area, hiding behind innocent men, women and children thereby being directly responsible for the deaths of these individuals in "drone attacks" or what have you. Do you really think their families had much knowledge or even respect for possibly gaining knowledge about Islam enough to get their kids circumscribed? Do you honestly believe they were raised in families that understood anything about Islam? Last I checked, 100% of what they're doing and what they stand for is completely contradictory in Islam.

As for the conspiracy theories as to who is funding what, I find it amusing that Iran is labelled as one of the nations that would like to destabalize Pakistan. Iran is now sharing the goals of Israel and Russia and India?

You know, honestly, I don't understand how people can believe in this hogwash. Its simple. Really simple. Islam has gone unchecked and unregulated in many countries now for centuries. In Pakistan, any religious institution of any sort is unregulated by the government, and forget the government..people in the neighborhood do not even know what goes on in mosques these days. Madrassas, instead of being enlightened learning centers, have become the place where stupid and poor people send their kids, because as an Ummah, somewhere along the line, elitism crept in and mosques were no longer meant for people who were getting a class A westernized education. Somehow, there became a dichotomy between being modernized and being muslim, and poor and uneducated and very frustrated people have exploited that dichotomy. Now, the result is in front of you. Centuries of unregulation over "religious" institutaions, lack of control over population and immigration and foreign influences in places like Pakistan, and the result is in front of you. The lower classes are effectively revolting, and conveniently they have found a place in ignorance-flourishing religious institutions. Mosques, instead of being places of enlightenment and worship, and community centers, have become places to stash weaponry, and to brainwash young minds into carrying those arms and destroying themselves tomorrow. If you think ANY of these people have clear enough knowledge of Islam to get people circumcised, then you have completely mistaken the movement for something it is not.

I'm sorry. Terrorists are fighting for a cause that I, nor most other rational Pakistanis, support. And this thread is nothing but full of lame excuses for terrorists. We have allowed for this problem to develop over centuries, and now its kicking us in our behinds. And until people recognize the beast for who he really is, we wont be able to effectively fight it.
