^ I think constitution applies on all of them, Infact notices have been sent to 13 important people of various parties yesterda. Either the constitution should be changed otherwise people should start following it.

I believe all the notices actually went to politicians (elected people) and not these public service people.

I’d be less worried about some tom dick and harry who is dual citizen, elected in some assembly and more worried about Governor State Bank of Pakistan with dual nationality.

Personally I think even for politicians, there should be no restriction on contesting an election if you are a dual national but living in their constituency for more than 3 years (in last 4 or 5). Yes we should bar them from being Minister or PM/CM etc.
