May Allah be merciful to Pakistan and Pakistanis. The Met office has declared the possibility of a drought in the country due to low rainfall. The most affected parts will be in Sindh and Baluchistan.
This scenario could lead to a lot of chaos…

There was a similar drought last year or year before and people prayed salat-ul-istasqa and there were heavy rains afterwards, I hope same can be done again with hopefully similar results.

This is so hypocritical, when all’s fine and dandy, they don’t follow the Prophet PBUH’s teachings infact would even mock at people who would suggest any religious stance or view poimt on certain issues.

Its in our religion to hold special prayer to God in such cases (drought due to lack of/no rain). The first thing I look for any issue in my life is per religion. Besides, there isn't much that can be done about "no rain", our governments have failed to provide de-salination plant(s)/reservoirs to store water for public needs.

Oh come on guys! There’s no drought, no water shortage. Drought is a conspiracy hatched by Punjabi establishment to steal water from Sindh and build more dams. Why is here no coverage of IRSA activities and the statements of Liaqat Jatoi, federal minister of water and power? Presently, I’ll start a thread in feedback forum to highlight the anti-Sindh policies of federal government.

That is really sad, why create so much confusion, may be they should start publish the water levels at different dams, flow of water (rate), amount of water being diverted to canals etc so there is no secrecy.
